Our puppies are raised in a rich, social environment that helps them grow into friendly, confident companions. From an early age, they’re introduced to life on our farm, where they interact daily with other dogs, kids, and a variety of farm animals. This exposure teaches them to be comfortable around different sights, sounds, and situations. With kids to play with and animals to observe, each puppy learns early on how to interact gently and adapt to new experiences, building a foundation of trust and social skills that helps them thrive in their future homes.

Housing: The Buyer must be a homeowner or, if renting, provide written permission from their landlord to keep the puppy on the premises.

Outdoor Space: The Buyer’s home must have a fenced yard or secured outdoor

area to provide the puppy with a safe place for exercise. The breeder may request a home visit before agreeing to the sale.

Familiarity with Breed: The Buyer acknowledges an understanding of the Golden Retriever breed’s needs, which include high physical activity, regular exercise, and mental stimulation.

The puppy is being sold without breeding rights and is intended to be a companion animal only. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by the age of 12 months, unless otherwise advised by a veterinarian.

Each puppy is AKC registered and receives a full health exam, their first round of shots, dewormer, complete health record, and a microchip for added safety. These protocols may be adjusted based on updated vet guidance.
